We’ll visit national park Low Tatras, Demänovská Valley and Demänovská Cave of Liberty, we’ll have a look at Vrbické pleso, take a cable car to Chopok, where we’ll enjoy our tea in the height of 2024 AMSL, and we’ll stop by to see a Mini Park Slovakia.
If we talk about a deep valley, it can’t be anything else than the well-known Demänovská Valley located in the National Park Low Tatras. The Low Tatras are the largest and the second highest mountain chain in Slovakia. Dämeňovská dolina attract tourists from all over the world for its many touristic attractions. This valley is characterized by long valleys, deep canyons, steep reefs, caves, evergreen forests or mixed forests with magnificent panoramic views.
We will take the cable car to the most popular hill of these mountains – Chopok, enjoy the view of the opposing shoulder of the High Tatras and those brave ones may go down by cross country cycle car.
For later in the day we will visit Demänovská cave of Liberty, which is definitely one of the most beautiful caves in Slovakia and Europe as well and we will not leave out Minislovensko (Slovak Mini europe), a miniature park of Slovak cultural monuments in small historical village called Liptovský Ján.
