We’ll take a look at the Treetop walk Bachledka, visit museum Ždiarsky dom, where we’ll take photos in traditional folk costumes, experience imitation of traditional folk wedding and enjoy our lunch in traditional style, and we’ll finish our excursion with walk around glacier lake Štrbské pleso.
This prosaic name reveals that the visit takes place at village Ždiar – folklore village in the High Tatras. We will get another extraordinary view of the Tatra mountains while walking through the unique wooden walkway in the tree crowns in Bachledova valley.
After lunch served in the beautiful environment in the folk style hotel we will visit the monument of the folk architecture – Ždiarsky dom. Besides the interesting interpretation, we will have the opportunity to experience traditional wedding in Ždiar, to dress and to take a photo in folk costume.
At the end we stop by one of the largest glacial lakes – Štrbské Pleso, with an exceptional panorama of the High Tatras.
